In predictions for 2010 many people talk about e-readers and it is something that I have blogged about as well.
I had been waiting for the Apple tablet to be released before adopting the technology (possibly a January release according to the rumours) but now, thanks to Mr Darling, I am becoming an adopter.

Yes! I entered a competition on accountingweb.co.uk related to the 2009 Pre Budget Report and had a call on Friday to tell me that I’d won! The prize is an Amazon Kindle, thanks to Sage software.
I will be blogging about my experiences with the Kindle in the coming months, as well as bringing it to events so you can experience the technology. Some features I am looking forward to are Free 3G wireless, over 310,000 English-language books to choose from (and each one downloads in around 60 seconds) and access to U.S. and international newspapers and magazines.
