I launched taxhelp.uk.com back in 2006, to specialise in helping the self-employed.

It has now been 15 years since I started the business, and I am pleased to have been able to help hundreds of small business owners – taking away the worry and freeing up their time from trying to deal with their own tax affairs.

One thing that many people forget is that accountancy fees for the self-employed are a qualifying business expense – so you receive tax relief on getting help as well.

With the introduction of Making Tax Digital (MTD) expected in the next couple of years, I am predicting there will be many more people seeking assistance. MTD creates a workload that doesn’t align with the way many self-employed people operate, so I aim to assist them with these new requirements.

If you know of anyone who requires help with their tax, or is worried about the new MTD requirements, please do put them in touch.
