This year will mark the sixth anniversary of the launch of taxhelp.uk.com.
Year on year we have experienced significant new client growth and received excellent testimonials from satisfied clients.
With this in mind, I am always looking to further enhance our service and client satisfaction so have taken the decision to enter the AccountingWEB UK Practice Excellence Awards 2012.
The first stage of the Awards is for our clients to complete a very short survey rating our performance – this means that primarily, we get a further enhanced grasp of our client’s needs and their satisfaction… and potentially win an award.
The survey is managed entirely by AccountingWEB, so all data is confidential and will genuinely help us to improve our service.
The first phase opens to our clients on Monday 18 June and closes on Friday 13 July.
The second phase qualifiers are announced during the week commencing 16 July and the round three qualifiers and the AccountingWEB community vote opens during the week commencing 20 August.
The whole process leads up to the 20 September when the winners are announced at the Practice Excellence Awards dinner and the results of the benchmarking report are revealed at the Practice Excellence Forum.
